Kings Guard Gaming Reveals 2024 NBA 2K Season Schedule

Today, Kings Guard Gaming, the official NBA 2K league affiliate of the Sacramento Kings, tip-off their 2024 season presented by Ticketmaster. Kings Guard Gaming players will compete in virtual gameplay this season from their esports training facility in Golden 1 Center. Games will be streamed live throughout the season on the NBA 2K League’s Twitch and YouTube channels and on the Kings Guard Gaming Twitch Channel. 

Kings Guard Gaming continues to strengthen their roster, retaining two players from last season and acquiring three top-ten picks from the 2024 NBA 2K Draft. The current lineup features small forward Brayden “Bray” Puchalski, power forward Kerry Thompson, shooting guard Andy “Scoreszn” Fernandez, center Raymond “Kik6” Rodriguez, and point guard Nasir “Fatstop” Love. Notably, Lavel Cole was promoted as the new head coach, succeeding Del Layton, who has transitioned to general manager this season.

Throughout the 14-week season, Kings Guard Gaming is set to engage in 20 regular season games, combining 3v3 and 5v5 formats. The 3v3 season comprises eight matches, kicking off with the SLAM OPEN Tournament and concluding with the SWITCH OPEN Tournament. The 5v5 season encompasses 12 games, commencing with the TIPOFF Tournament and ending with the grand finale, THE TURN Tournament. The regular season tips-off on Wednesday, February 28, when the team takes on Lakers Gaming and Jazz Gaming and will conclude on June 7.
